mftracker is a tool designed to help users track their mutual fund investments. The App provides an interface to organize and visualize financial data. All data is stored privately in your personal Google Drive account using the "Application Data Folder" scope.

## 2. User Responsibilities

*   **Data Accuracy**: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into the App.
*   **Compliance**: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

*   **Private Storage**: mftracker does not host your data on its own servers. All portfolio data is stored in your private Google Drive.
*   **No Data Collection**: We do not collect, sell, or share your financial data.

## 4. Google Services

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR FINANCIAL LOSS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.

## 6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MFTRACKER AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
